Please verify your account to continue (your account has been blocked)

When you receive this message on the login page, this means that your Katalon account has been registered but not yet verified.

When you register for a new account with your email, Katalon automatically sends a verification email to the email address you used to register your account. If you also try to log in to Katalon TestOps as an unverified user, a verification email is automatically sent to your email address on file.
Note:
  • If a Project Owner or Project Admin invites you to a Katalon project, your email is automatically verified if you set up your account from the link in the invitation email.

If you did not receive a verification email, here are some of the reasons why:
  1. Email sent to spam or junk folder: Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to this folder by default. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Email address is blocked: Your ISP or corporate domain may have blocked our emails. If you haven't received emails from Katalon, contact your organization's administrator to unblock Katalon emails. If this is not possible, get help from Customer Support (support@katalon.com). If all else fails, you may need to register a new Katalon account with an alternative email address.

  3. You registered using a Role, Group, or Alias email address: Some role addresses can be verified, but many can't, because more than one person may have access to a role email address (ex. admin@abc.com, sales@abc.com, finance@testemail.com). Register using a personal email address or work email address dedicated to your specific use or role (ex. johnsmith@abc.com) for your contact and billing address.
    Note:
    • If your Project Owner or Project Admin invited you on your behalf, ask the Project Owner or Project Manager to invite you again using a personal email address or work email address dedicated to your specific use or role. See: Manage users.

  4. Check the spelling of your email address. If the spelling is incorrect, sign up again using the correct spelling of the address. If all else fails, you may need to register a new Katalon account with an alternative email address or get help from Customer Support (support@katalon.com).

Verify your account by following the steps below:

  1. Go to katalon.com and log in using your registered email address and password.
    The Katalon website homepage.
  2. You will see the unverified account message on the sign-in screen. Katalon automatically sends a verification email to your registered email address.
  3. Go to your email service provider and open the verification email from Katalon (Subject: "Verify your Katalon account").
  4. Click Verify my account. Verify my account email.
  5. Once your account is verified, you can now log in to Katalon Studio and your account is no longer blocked.
    Note:

    If your account is still blocked upon logging in or if the verification prompt did not continue, wait for 5 minutes, refresh your browser and try again by clicking Resend email.
