Subdomain Configurations

Important:

  • You need to subscribe to Katalon Platform Ultimate plan. See: Version 8.0.0 - 8.0.1.

  • You must be an Owner or Admin of your Account.

Create a Subdomain​

Follow these steps to create a Subdomain.
  1. Sign in to TestOps Admin.
  2. On the Account admin menu, select the Security section on the left bar.

  3. Scroll down to the Custom Domain and SSO (Single Sign-On) section then toggled on Enable Custom Domain.

  4. Enter your desired Domain Name in the Custom Domain Name section.
    Note:

    • A Domain Name can only contain the letters (A-Z) and numbers (0-9).

  5. Click Update.

Once you have successfully configured your Subdomain, you need to access TestOps by using the Subdomain you have set which looks like this: {yourcustomdomain}.katalon.io. You will no longer be able to access TestOps via https://testops.katalon.io.
